PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile business support system for moving significant data to a portable terminal for secure use without opening any "hole" at an intra-company system side.SOLUTION: The mobile business support system includes a store business support system 30 connected to intranet 3 for acquiring significant data relating to an object customer from a key system 40, and displaying graphics obtained by encoding the acquired significant data on a screen of a terminal 201 for store connected to the intranet 3 or printing the graphics on a business form. A portable terminal 100 includes: a camera 110; and a mobile business support client application 120 for displaying information relating to the significant data on a screen of the portable terminal 100, and presenting the information to the customer. The mobile business support client application 120 includes a data reading unit 121 for photographing the graphics displayed on the screen of the terminal 201 for store or printed on the business form by the camera 110, and analyzing the graphics included in video data to read the significant data.
