PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve microfabrication of an electret without posing a problem of electrostatic repulsion.SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing electret includes a charge injection step for injecting a negative charge 43 into an electret 42 and a charge removal step for partially removing a negative charge 43 injected into the electret 42.
