PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the loss of a bidding chance while guaranteeing the fair use of a bidding device.SOLUTION: A bidding device 1 notifies a bidding control device of the acceptance of a bidding operation for bidding. A first authentication device 2 performs biometrics with first authenticating accuracy as for the biological information of a bidding participant. When the bidding participant is authenticated by a first authentication part 2, a bidding acceptance part 4 accepts the bidding operation by the bidding participant. A second authentication part 3 performs biometrics with second authenticating accuracy which is different from the first authenticating accuracy as for the biological information of the bidding participant. When the bidding participant is authenticated with the second authenticating accuracy, a bidding permission part 5 permits the acceptance of the bidding operation. That is, the bidding permission part 5 permits the acceptance of the bidding operation so that the bidding device 1 is able to notify the bidding control device of bidding by the bidding participant. |
