PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing device, method, and program capable of performing color correction without conspicuous variation in the color of an object in a moving image.SOLUTION: An acquisition unit acquires a moving image containing plural frames. A classification unit classifies frames belonging to similar scenes in the moving image into correlated groups. A detection unit detects at least one corresponding object regions in the frames belonging to the group and obtains the color distribution of an object for each frame. A correction unit obtains the representative color distribution of the object in each frame from each color distribution and performs color correction within the frames belonging to the group, on the basis of the representative color distribution.
