PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Th1 inducer having an excellent effect of inducing the hyperergasia of Th1 using yeast as raw material, and to provide a method for producing the Th1 inducer.SOLUTION: A one obtained by micronizing the cell body of yeast and controlling the median diameter (D50) of the volume integrated particle size distribution thereof to 1 to 10 μm is used as the active ingredient of a Th1 inducer. In the method for producing the Th1 inducer, preferably, a dispersant is added to the cell body of yeast, and this is subjected to wet dispersion treatment, is micronized till the median diameter (D50) of the volume integrated particle size distribution of the cell body reaches 1 to 10 μm, and is next powdered, or the cell body of yeast is subjected to wet dispersion treatment and is micronized till the median diameter (D50) of the volume integrated particle size distribution of the cell body reaches 1 to 10 μm, a dispersant is added thereto, and powdering is performed. |
