PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spacer member in which a closing material is disposed for closing an air release gap adaptive for disposing the arrangement of a baseboard developed for effectively utilizing a shut-off performance of a heavy floor impact sound generated in a dry double floor which is constructed by providing the gap.SOLUTION: At a desired position on one plane at one side of a thin flat plate of which the top face is used for supporting a bottom face of a baseboard disposed on a wall material surface, a projection is provided while protruding which is abutted to a side end of a floor material. On a plane at another side, a gap closing material comprised of an elastic material is disposed which is inserted into an air release gap between the wall material surface and the floor material surface to present a function of closing the gap. |
