PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic retractor used for sliding rails which does not influence the stroke of drawing and the like, and can be used even in narrow spaces.SOLUTION: An automatic retractor is configured to include a retraction guide member attached to a fixing body, and an engagement member attached to a moving body. The retraction guide member has a retraction guide groove, a guide engage groove, an engage body having an engage protrusion into which the retraction guide groove and the guide engage groove are fitted, and a twisted coil spring. The engagement member has an engagement portion moving the engage protrusion from the drawing side end of the retraction guide groove to the guide engage groove, and an escape guide face for pushing the engage protrusion located in the guide engage groove to the retraction guide groove side and for retracting the moving body together with the engagement member by the repulsive force of the twisted coil spring by engaging it in the engagement portion. |
