发明名称 METHOD FOR DETECTING REPAIR GENE OF CANCER ONSET REGULATING DNA IN MICE IRRADIATED WITH IONIZING RADIATION AND DNA REPAIR GENE GROUP
摘要 The present invention relates to a method for detecting the repair gene of cancer onset regulating DNA in mice irradiated with ionizing radiation and to a DNA repair gene group, wherein the method comprises: a) preparing a number of AKR/J mice having oncogenes inserted into the thymus cells; b) dividing the mice into 3 groups, then raising the AKR/J mice of group 1 after irradiating same with high dosage ionizing radiation while raising the AKR/J mice of group 2 after irradiating same with low dosage ionizing radiation, and raising the remaining AKR/J mice of group 3 under normal conditions; c) collecting the thymuses from the dead mice of groups 1 and 2 while conducting step b), and diagnosing the onset of cancer in the case where the mass of the organ has increased two-fold in comparison to the mass thereof prior to irradiation; d) extracting the thymuses after sacrificing all AKR/J mice in groups 1, 2, and 3 at the point when the first mouse of group 3 has died; and e) selecting the thymuses extracted in step d) from the AKR/J mice of groups 1 and 2 which show unchanged mass as compared with the organ from a mouse of the same age which has not been irradiated, then detecting genetic changes through gene analysis and identifying each gene and whether the gene performs DNA repair, iron transport, or the function of a ribonucleotide reductase group.
