PURPOSE: Incoming call notification service device and method through the same based on wireless network sharing are provided to receive a status of incoming call of each mobile communication terminal located in a specific sector through a smart device such as smart television, smart set top box (STB), smart media player and et cetera. CONSTITUTION: A recipient terminal (223) receives originating message information from an originator terminal through a mobile communication network. The recipient terminal includes a control algorithm directing transmission and feedback control of the originating message information to a wireless router. An internet server (231) retransmits the originating message information to the wireless router in response to the feedback control of the recipient terminal. A smart device (235) receives the originating message information retransmitted to the wireless router. The smart device outputs the received originating message information as at least one of image and voice.
