The present invention relates to a bearing system (100) for a wind turbine (300). The bearing system (100) comprises a first bearing ring (130), a second bearing ring (140), a roller element (106), and a scraper element (403). The first bearing ring (130) has a first surface (107) to which a first turbine element (210) of the wind turbine is coupleable. The second bearing ring (140) has a second surface (108) to which a second turbine element (220) of the wind turbine (300) is coupleable. The roller element (106) is installed inside an inner volume (102) between the first bearing ring (130) and the second bearing ring (140) and which supports the first bearing ring (130) rotatably to the second bearing ring (140). The scraper element (403) is coupled to the first bearing ring (130), wherein the scraper element (403) abuts onto the second bearing ring (140) such that grease is scrapable off from the second bearing ring (140).
