<p>The assembly has a base plate (1) formed on a vehicle body by a U-shaped bracket (2). The bracket is provided with hanger arms (4) and complementary through-holes, which are arranged in the base plate. The hanger arms are provided on annular shoulders. The base plate is provided with a plastic sheath. A gap is formed between the annular shoulders and the base plate or between rivet heads and the base plate.
