The utility model relates to a device and a tool for cold reboring of fastening openings by plastic deformation and may find application for machining of openings in the construction elements, subsequently subjected to cycling external load, which are made of resilient plastic material, and by anisotropic aluminum composite alloys with carbon fibers. The advantages of the device are the possibilities to control the degree of cold reboring, when the device is equipped with the tool according to the invention, having a specific size. Realized process of cold reboring with the device doesnt depend on the sizes, assuming relatively wide tolerance of the diameter of the predrilled opening and there is no need to check size. Furthermore machined opening will have higher durability and axial deformations in both their edges, "surface upset" will be minimal, which will minimize the possibility of causing harmful "fretting effect". The device (61) for the cold expansion of fastener openings includes a hydraulic cylinder (27) in which is housed a plunger (26) with a piston rod (25), the end of which is attached dorn (1) of the tool (60) for carrying out the processing. To the flange (9), attached to a hydraulic cylinder (27) of the device (61), is permanently attached threaded bushing (7) of the tool (60) and in axial blind hole (55) of the piston rod (25) is arranged sensor for linearmovement (34) secured to the hydraulic cylinder (27). In an axial hole (58) of the cylinder (26) is rigidly fixed magnet (33) provided for activation of a sensor for linear motion (34), which is connected to a command and control unit (38) electrically connected to the pressure sensor (37) and electromagnets (42 and 41) of the hydraulic distributor (43) which is connected hydraulically to the twoblocks "adjustable choke - check valve" (39, 40) intended respectively for the two directions of movement of the working fluid.
