<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel supply system of an internal combustion engine in which an amount of vapor-containing fuel ejected from a fuel injection valve can be more reduced. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel supply system 20 of the internal combustion engine is equipped with: a port ejecting injector 22 for ejecting low-pressure fuel discharged from a low-pressure fuel pump 32; and a feed pressure control mechanism 50 for relieving fuel based on a state that feed pressure PF fed to the injector 22 exceeds first control pressure PC1 or high-pressure side second controlling pressure control PC2. Furthermore, the fuel supply system is provided with: a high-pressure fuel pump 60 for pressurizing the fuel discharged from the low-pressure fuel pump 32; and an in-cylinder ejecting injector 21 for ejecting high-pressure fuel discharged from this pump 60. Then, a determination time period TEX after being switched from one of the first control pressure PC1 and second control pressure PC2 to the other with regard to control pressure PC intervenes, and thereafter injection limiting control for inhibiting the fuel injection of the port ejecting injector 22 is performed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
