<p>The present invention provides an active matrix substrate enabling to suppress variation in signal voltages among pixel electrodes. The present invention relates to an active matrix substrate comprising: an insulating substrate; a plurality of pixel electrodes arranged in a matrix on the insulating substrate; and a source wiring extending in a column direction so as to overlap with two pixel electrodes adjacent to each other in a row direction on the insulating substrate, wherein the pixel electrodes and the source wiring are formed in different layers via an insulating film, the source wiring has a main line portion and extension portions extended from both sides of the main line portion, and the extension portion is formed of a transparent conductive material.</p> |
