<p>The device has a plate (1) comprising indicators (2, 3) indicating a position of a golf ball and displacement direction of the golf ball. A third indicator (4) is configured to define another direction (YY) perpendicular to the former direction and define a swing plane. A golf club is moved inside the plane during striking of the golf ball. A fourth indicator (5) is configured to define a third direction (ZZ) perpendicular to the first and second directions, where the fourth indicator is aligned with an axis of spinal column of the golfer. An independent claim is also included for a method for improving a posture and/or body language of golfer.</p> |
