PURPOSE: An artificial leather manufacturing process using nylon sea-island type microfibers is provided to promise the rapid sales increase of domestic Nylon related chemical textile industry and to be able to be converted to export increase to China as the manufacturing process is a long-term material technology difficult for other competitive countries to imitate. CONSTITUTION: An artificial leather manufacturing process using nylon sea-island type microfibers comprises an unprocessing step; a step of reducing at a condition of 120deg.C x 10 min; a step of reducing the weight with 20 g/L of caustic soda; a step of a first P/Setting at a condition of a temperature of 170deg.C and a speed of 25 m/min; a step of napping surface 6-8 times and back side 4-6 times; a step of a second P/Setting at a condition of a temperature of 170deg.C and a speed of 25m/min; a step of dipping at 7 m/min and 100/200 8030Lv; a step of a third P/setting at a condition of a temperature of 140deg.C and a speed of 15 m/min; a step of sanding for both-side buffing; a scarring step; a step of dyeing at a condition of 105deg.C x 40 min; a step of fixing and soaping at a condition of 70deg.C x 20 min; a step of a fourth P/Setting at a condition of a temperature of 130deg.C and a speed of 25 m/min; a dumbra step; a step of shearing at a condition of 70deg.C x 20 min; a step of F/setting at a condition of a temperature of 130deg.C and a speed of 25 m/min; and a test step.
