The energy-saving dust collector comprises the dust collection device connected to the flue and the fume afterheat recycling device disposed in the flue on the front of the dust collection device. The fume afterheat recycling device includes a heat exchanger. The heat exchanger includes the heat absorbing section and the heat radiating section connected to the heat absorbing section. The heat absorbing section is located at the flue gas inlet of the dust collection device, and the radiating section is connected to a condensed water pipe. The energy-saving dust collector can reduce temperature of the flue gas , improve dust collection efficiency and prevent the collector from acid dew corrosion and prolong the service life of the collector. |
