PURPOSE: A device capable of using as a perming device and a curling iron is provided to improve the convenience of a user by alternatively using as a perming device and a curling iron as occasion demands. CONSTITUTION: A device capable of using as a perming device and a curling iron comprises: a motor; a heater; a stick (110) rotated by the motor; A rod (300) for perming which is rotated by the stick when the stick rotates with the motor; equipped with a cylindrical outer periphery; inserted and combined to the longitudinal direction in the stick; A rod for curling iron which is equipped with the cylindrical outer periphery and inserted and combined to the longitudinal direction in the stick and heated by the heater; a operating part in which a user inputs the command for operating the heater or the motor; a control part which controls the operation of the motor and the heater according to the operation of the operating part.
