<p>A barrow 1, similar in purpose to a common garden wheelbarrow, comprising: a receptacle 3 that defines an internal volume for the receipt of articles to be transported, and a roller 7, the roller comprising a roller body and being arranged to rotate as the barrow 1 is moved; wherein said roller body includes an internal storage compartment (19 figure 4) for fluids, said storage compartment 19 being accessible via a sealable inlet (17) in said roller body. The roller body may be barrel shaped, and may comprise two generally frustoconical parts each of which defines a separate fluid storage compartment so that two different fluids may be transported. The floor of the receptacle may include a raised portion 9 that fits over the roller, and where the raised portion may form a bench if the receptacle is used to carry a person.</p> |
