PURPOSE: A fixing means of a waterproof sheet is provided to securely fix the waterproof sheet with fixing means by closely adhering in a concrete wall body. CONSTITUTION: A fixing hole (120) is pitted in order that a hanging space is formed in a concrete wall body (110) to outward. A waterproof sheet (130) is adhered in the concrete wall body by penetrating a through-hole which is collinear with the fixing hole. A fixing member (140) is melted and fixed with the waterproof sheet around the through-hole by reclaiming and coagulating in the hanging space with melting from a power supply; after the fixing member is inserted in the fixing hole through the through-hole of the waterproof sheet. A pressurization member pressurizes the fixing member. The hanging space is formed in the rear end of the fixing hole. The fixing member is ended with a finishing member (160) in order that an exothermic member (143) is not contact with water.
