<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correctly make correspondence between an azimuth angle and an elevation angle of a plurality of targets in a radar instrument for measuring the azimuth angle and the elevation angle of the plurality of targets in time division. <P>SOLUTION: The radar instrument includes: signal synthesis means 5a and 5b for synthesizing reflection wave signals obtained by a plurality of reflection wave reception units; means 4a and 4b for switching signals from the respective reflection wave reception units and outputting to the signal synthesis means so as to obtain a plurality of phase center arrangements different among the plurality of reflection wave reception units; means 6a and 6b for detecting phase and A/D-converting synthesis signals; a target detecting processor 7 for detecting a target signal from digital signals therefrom; a measurement angle processor 8 for obtaining an angle and an amount of change in phase of a plurality of targets at a desired phase center arrangement among the phase center arrangements from the target signal; and a pairing processor 9 for making correspondence between an angleθ<SB>i</SB>of the plurality of targets at the desired phase center arrangement and an angleϕ<SB>i</SB>of the plurality of targets at another desired phase center arrangement by an amountγ<SB>i</SB>of change in phase of the plurality of targets at the desired phase center arrangement and an amountη<SB>i</SB>of change in phase of the plurality of targets at another desired phase center arrangement. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
