<p>PURPOSE: Multi-layer polymer lens and manufacturing method thereof are provided to be used in a mobile device such as a cellular phone camera by achieving complex and various optical focusing performances. CONSTITUTION: A lens (36) includes a substrate and a cavity (20). The substrate has a first surface and a second surface facing with each other and is formed on a plurality of discrete polymer layers. The cavity is formed in the first surface, includes a non-planar cavity surface in the substrate and is elongated within the plurality of polymer layers. One composition of the plurality of polymer layers is different from the other one composition of the plurality of polymer layers. The each of the polymer layers defines at least one part of the non-planar cavity surface. A plurality of alignment marks (32) are formed in one of the first and second surfaces. The each of the alignment marks includes a protrusion unit elongated from one of the first and second surfaces.</p> |
