<p>PURPOSE: A method for electrodepositing CoFe alloys is provided to electrochemically electrodeposit magnetic materials on a substrate by arranging the substrate in a plating solution containing additions and pulsing on and off current connected to the substrate. CONSTITUTION: A method for electrodepositing CoFe alloys is as follows: a step of arranging a substrate in a plating solution containing additions, which are selected from groups consisting of malonic acid derivatives,β-diketone,β-diketone derivatives, C_6C_3 compound, or C_6C_3 compound derivatives; and a step of electrochemically electrodepositing the magnetic materials on the substrate by pulsing on and off current connected to the substrate.</p> |
