<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire that reduces noise caused by pumping noise and air column resonance. <P>SOLUTION: The pneumatic tire having a tread surface 3 provided with a longitudinal groove 4 formed in the circumferential direction CD of the tire includes: a band-shaped protrusive streak 5, which is protruded from a groove-depth-direction central part 41a of one groove wall 41 of the longitudinal groove 4 toward the other groove wall 42 thereof, is continuously provided along the circumferential direction CD of the tire; and an outside reinforcing part 6 for joining an outside surface 51 of the band-shaped protrusive streak 5 to the one groove wall 41.
