<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of assembly capable of simultaneously manufacturing a cushioning material and a box outside the cushioning material, manufacturing the box in one blank while manufacturing the cushioning material in one blank and being improved in cushioning function of the cushioning material. <P>SOLUTION: A partition part 60 is piled and glued on an outer component part 10 through adhesive application regions M1-M4 in a state where a region projected from a partition part main body 60B is turned backward to the partition part body 60B. thereafter an adhesive is applied on adhesive application regions N1, N2, parts outside broken lines C2, C6 are folded and glued through the adhesive application regions N1, N2.
