PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evaluation system capable of preferably evaluating heat loss of a steam line. SOLUTION: The heat loss evaluation system 1 is provided with a plurality of sections (SC1, SC2, SC3, ..., SCn) set for the steam line 10 in which steam flows, first measurement devices (PS1, PS2, PS3, ..., PSn) for measuring at least one of pressure and temperature in the steam line, a plurality of drain units (DU1, DU2, DU3, ..., DUn) respectively having drain traps (DT1, DT2, DT3, ..., DTn) and capable of discharging drain from final points of the plurality of sections respectively, a second measuring device for respectively measuring values about drain quantities and drain temperatures by the plurality of drain units and a calculation device 50 for evaluating heat dissipation loss of the steam line by using measurement results of the first measurement device and the measurement results of the second measurement device.
