A cantilever arm fixing device (6) fixes the cantilever arm in a selected pivotal position. The cantilever arm fixing device has an actuatable switch device which is pivotable between a release position in which the cantilever arm is movable relative to the cantilever arm stand around the pivotal axis and a fixing position in which the cantilever arm is fixed relative to the cantilever arm stand.
