PURPOSE: A device of collecting a solid sludge is provided to increase a collecting efficiency of a sludge by collecting the sludge over the entire bottom of a storage bath. CONSTITUTION: A device of collecting a solid sludge consists of a main crane boom (110), a sub-crane boom (120), a rotary crane boom (130), a sludge sucking unit (300), and a control unit. The rotary crane boom is combined to one side of the sub-crane boom and rotates in a left and right direction. The sludge sucking unit is installed on the rotary crane boom and sucks solid materials from the bottom of a storage bath by moving along a longitudinal direction of the rotary crane boom. The sucked solid materials are supplied to the outside. The control unit sucks solid materials from the bottom of the storage bath by rotating the rotary crane boom back and forth in a predetermined radius and successively moving the sludge sucking unit along a longitudinal direction of the rotary crane boom.
