PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of bio-mineralized calcium carbonate is provided to reduce hydration heat of a mixed cement composite material, and to improve flexibility of the cement composite material mixed with calcium carbonate micropowder by generating a calcium carbonate crystal using microorganisms with ureolytic activity. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of bio-mineralized calcium carbonate comprises: a step of preparing a culture medium by adding urea into water; a step of putting a microorganism into the culture medium, and forming a saturated culture medium by cultivation; a step of preparing a calcium-added culture medium by adding a calcium source into the culture medium; a step of maintaining the culture medium for preset time to precipitate calcium carbonate by the microorganism with ureolytic activity; a step of extracting calcium carbonate solid by drying the culture medium; and a step of pulverizing the calcium carbonate solid.
