PURPOSE: A mixed metal oxide, a method for manufacturing the same, and products including the same are provided to secure the linear optical characteristic of a mixed metal oxide. CONSTITUTION: A mixed metal oxide is based on the combination of an In^3+-V^5+-M^n+ oxide. In the oxide, M^n+ is Te^4+ or Se^4+. The mixed metal oxide includes a structural unit represented by chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, M is Te or SE. The combination of an In^3+-V^5+-M^n+ oxide is a second dimensional layered structure composed of InO_6 octahedron, VO_4 tetrahedron, and TeO_4 polyhedron. |
