<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an percutaneous stimulation electrode device capable of suppressing a measuring error. <P>SOLUTION: The percutaneous stimulation electrode device provided with an electrode part 13 including a positive electrode 11 and a negative electrode 12, is conductive while pressing the electrode part to the skin.
