摘要 <p>The invention relates to a method for retracting and deploying a landing gear device for semi-trailers, comprising a secondary consumer system (4) that has compressed air, and at least one landing gear (1, 1') that can be telescoped using lifting cylinders (15). Said method includes the following steps: a) to deploy the landing gear (1, 1'): feeding hydraulic liquid from a storage tank (2) to the lifting cylinder (15) via a hydraulic line on one side of the lifting cylinder in order to deploy the landing gear, the compressed air from the secondary consumer system (4) being conducted into the storage tank (2) in order to pressurize the hydraulic liquid; blocking the hydraulic liquid line when the deployed supporting position has been reached; and b) to retract the landing gear (1, 1'): opening the hydraulic line; feeding the compressed air to the lifting cylinder (15) on the other side of the lifting cylinder in order to retract the landing gear (1, 1'), the hydraulic liquid flowing back into the storage tank (2). The invention further relates to a landing gear device for semi-trailers, comprising a secondary consumer system (4) that has compressed air, and at least one landing gear (1, 1') that can be telescoped using lifting cylinders (15). A storage tank (2) for hydraulic liquid is provided, and the compressed air is connected to the storage tank (2) via a first compressed air supply line (21) in order to pressurize the hydraulic liquid. A hydraulic supply line (22) runs from the storage tank (2) to one side of the lifting cylinder (15) in order to deploy the landing gear (1, 1'), and a second compressed air supply line (42) runs to the other side of the lifting cylinder (15) in order to retract the landing gear (1, 1').</p>
