PURPOSE: A block data structure formation device, a recording medium, a vector data field line generation device are provided to rapidly generate a field line by predicting a structure block connecting to the field line. CONSTITUTION: A vector data division unit(110) divides the number of vector data and the type of configuration blocks. A block information extraction unit(120) determines the configuration blocks and stores adjacent block information of the configuration blocks and the priority information of the configuration block filed line. A data structure generation unit(130) generates a data structure indicating a connection relationship of each configuration block including the priority information of the field line generation and the adjacent block information. The vector data division unit divides the configuration blocks according to various models, and the configuration block is divided into the same size blocks.
