PURPOSE: A slope stabilizing method using compression type buckles is provided to tightly tense a wire rope by providing an elastic restoring force generated by compressing a spring into a resistance force with respect to tension. CONSTITUTION: A slope stabilizing method using compression type buckles comprises the following steps: forming a plurality of boreholes from a slope to the rock ground in a lower part; inserting and fixing a reinforcement member into each borehole by protruding the rear head part thereof to the outside and applying a rock fall prevention net on the slope; fitting a wire rope fixture to the rear head part of the reinforcement member; laterally and longitudinally arranging a wire rope on the rock fall prevention net to install into a lattice or diamond shape; and installing the wire rope to maintain the compressed state of a spring by applying a tensile force to the movable loop part (120) of a compression type buckle (100) connected to the wire rope.
