SELECTIVE OLED VAPOR DEPOSITION USING ELECTRIC CHARGES

PURPOSE: A selective OLED vapor deposition using electric charges is provided to be able to selectively deposit electric charges to a luminescent material on an intended charged area of a substrate by organic luminescent materials being adhered on the intended charged area. CONSTITUTION: A first electric charge is applied to a part of a first mixture including a first organic luminescent material and a first carrier gas. A second electric charge which is the opposite sign to the first electric charge is applied to a first part of a substrate (360). A first organic luminescent material faces the substrate. Electric charges are applied to the first carrier gas before the first organic luminescent material is introduced to the first carrier gas to form the first mixture.
