CONDUCTIVE THICK FILM PASTE FOR SOLAR CELL CONTACTS

PURPOSE: A conductive thick film paste for contacting solar cells is provided to offer a path that generate conductivity between the battery on the front solar cell and the back solar cell. CONSTITUTION: A conductive thick film paste for contacting solar cells comprises lead and tellurium. The lead composition is 5-95 wt.% of the inorganic system of reaction. The tellurium composition is 5-95 wt.% of the inorganic system of reaction. The lead composition is a glassfrit which comprises non-crystalline structure or partily crystalline structure. The lead composition comprises lead oxide.
