PURPOSE: A method for making moju using medicinal herbs is provided to enhance antioxidative and anti-diabetic effects and to ensure excellent product quality and preference. CONSTITUTION: A method for making moju with enhanced antioxidative and anti-diabetic effects using nourishing medicinal herbs comprises: a step of mixing Acanthopanax senticosus concentrate, Schijandra chinensis Baillon concentrate, and red ginseng concentrate to prepare medicinal herb concentrate mixture; a step of mixing Makkoli(Korean rice wine) and purified water to prepare Makkoli diluents; a step of mixing maltodextrin, isomalto oligosaccharides, and rebaudioside A to a sweetener mixture; and a step of mixing Makkoli diluents and sweetener mixture. |
