PURPOSE: A cutting apparatus for preventing rotation is provided to maintain a high adherency between a grinding attachment and bead by the spring placed between the same, and to prevent the damage of coil caused by the rotation of a cutting part of bite. CONSTITUTION: A cutting apparatus for preventing rotation comprises an arm part, a cutting part, a coupling part, and holder part. The cutting part is located in the end of the arm part, and cuts the bead. The coupling part fixes the cutting part to the arm part. The connecting part fixes the cutting part to the arm portion. The holder part prevents the rotation of the cutting part by adhering to the side of the cutting part.
