PURPOSE: A prefabricated lightweight panel and an assembling structure thereof are provided to fill a sound absorbing insulation and to finish a surface with a fabric or a patterned paper, thereby quickly to be assembled and installed and presenting the various design patterns. CONSTITUTION: A prefabricated lightweight panel has a fabric panel structure which is connected in a width direction by adhering a patterned paper panel and a surface fabric using a gypsum board and sound absorption heat insulation. Also, when the panels (10) are consecutively installed in the width direction, an H-bar (20) connects between the panels. The panel and a glass screen frame (30) are installed in the prefabricated connection structure.
