PURPOSE: A burial mound block and a grave using the same are provided to prevent earth of a burial mound from being washed away by blocking rain and wind, to have an aesthetic exterior by using artificial turf, and to maintain a dome shape semi-permanently. CONSTITUTION: A burial mound block comprises a block body (10), a block unit (20), and a dome unit (30). The block body has an insertion unit (11) which is formed on the right side and the upper side, and a concavo groove (12) which is formed on the left side. The block unit is formed to have a ring shape by combining the insertion unit with a neighboring concavo groove of the block body. The dome unit has a concavo groove which is formed on the lower side to be combined with the insertion unit of the upper side of the block body.
