PURPOSE: A creamer with the reduced content of saturated fat is provided to secure the functionality of the creamer compare to a conventional creamer. CONSTITUTION: A creamer with the reduced content of saturated fat contains 10-40wt% of PMF as vegetable fat, 45-70wt% of glucoside, 2-8wt% of protein, 0.5-1wt% of emulsifier, and 1-3wt% of buffering agent.
