PURPOSE: An interface usage authority providing system and a method thereof are provided to provide the usage authority of an application programming interface (API) through the signature information which is inserted in the application. CONSTITUTION: An authentication information storage unit (130) stores the manufacturer authentication information of a terminal. If an application execution unit calls an interface, an authorization checking unit (140) checks whether the signature information is stored in the application information of the executed application. The authorization checking unit decides whether to provide the application usage authority to the terminal or not by checking whether to provide the usage authority of the application or not based on the manufacturer authentication information of the terminal.
