PURPOSE: A removing method of ammonia by electric precipitator is provided to be energy efficient and control the reacting mol rate of a neutralizing agent for ammonia for ammonia removing rates and space velocity. CONSTITUTION: A removing method of ammonia by electric precipitator comprises the following steps. A neutralizing agent is spread to a reacting bath by an ultrasonic atomizer (1) and a mol ratio of ammonia gas and a neutralizing agent is kept at 1.5-6 (step 1). The sprayed neutralizing agent and ammonia gas are reacted to be into solid salt (Step2). The solid salt is obtained by an electric precipitator (9) (Step3).
