PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition containing oriental medicinal nanosome containing extracts of Scutellariae Radix, Angelicae dahuricae Radix, Angelica gigas, and Glycyrrhiza glabra is provided to strengthen physiological activation and to ensure safety of the same. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition for improving skin problems contains 0.01-50.0 wt% of oriental medicinal nanosome containing extracts of Scutellariae Radix, Angelicae dahuricae Radix, Angelica gigas, and Glycyrrhiza glabra. The size of the nanosome is 10-200 nm. The cosmetic composition is prepared by mixing and emulsifying phospholipid, ceramide, phytosphingosine, phytosterol, glycerin, cholesterol, and cholesteryl ester with the oriental medicinal nanosome by high pressure and stabilizing the extract into the double layer of the nanosome. |
