A method of manufacturing a shaker screen is proposed, the method comprising providing a screen frame mold having a neutral axis; positioning reinforcement structure in the screen frame above the neutral axis of the screen frame mold; injecting a material in the screen frame mold to form a screen frame having a neutral axis; removing the screen frame from the mold, wherein the material contracts below the neutral axis of the screen frame, forming frame screen bow.
