<p>There is described an aqueous pharmaceutical preparation comprising an active ingredient and an alkoxylated fat, where the active ingredient is selected from the group consisting of roflumilast, salts of roflumilast, the N-oxide of the pyridine residue of roflumilast and salts thereof.
