PURPOSE: A present invention is provided to manufacture a super capacitor of flexible structure which performs a proper electric power supply with less affect of an arrange position or an arrange environment by preparing the form of a super capacitor as a flexible structure and to give a a manufacturing method thereof. CONSTITUTION: A super capacitor (100) of a flexible structure comprises an electrode flexible structures (10,20) including the current collectors and the electrode layers formed on flexible substrates and the solid electrolyte layers (51,52) formed on the above mentioned electrode layers, and a flexible case (60) sealing the above mentioned electrode flexible structures.
