APPARATUS FOR REMOVING NON-POWER FOAM OF DEODORIZER USING A LIQUID MEDICINE TO CLEANSE

PURPOSE: A non-power foam removing device of a chemical liquid washing type deodorizer is provided to increase a removal effect of bad odor and foam by automatically removing foam which is suspended on the upper side of a washing liquid when a reaction is generated between a bad odor gas and the washing liquid. CONSTITUTION: A non-power foam removing device of a chemical liquid washing type deodorizer consists of a main body (10), a circulating pump (19), a spraying pipe (20), a jet nozzle (21), and a collecting pipe (22). A washing liquid transferring and receiving pipe (23) transfers a washing liquid to the spraying pipe through the circulating pump by being fixed to cross the upper side of a washing liquid distributing chamber (17). The spraying pipe possibly rotates by being supported by an axis. A washing liquid transferring unit (24) transfers the washing liquid to the spraying pipe by being installed on the center of the transferring and receiving pipe. The spraying pipe possibly rotates by being installed on the bottom of the washing liquid transferring and receiving pipe through a rotation supporting and washing liquid transferring unit. A plurality of nozzle holes is penetrated through the spraying pipe and is slanted to have a predetermined angle within 90 degrees between bottom and rear central lines. The jet nozzle washes a bad odor gas by spraying the bad odor gas into the washing liquid which is supplied by the spraying pipe.
