PURPOSE: An incinerator for combustible waste with a stirring device is provided to previously prevent a stirring device housing and a stirring rod from being damaged due to an external force by releasing impact applied with contact with the combustible waste. CONSTITUTION: An incinerator for combustible waste with a stirring device comprises a grate (100), a stirring device housing (210), a fluid supply pipe, a fluid discharging pipe, and a stirring rod (220). The grate rotates when the combustible waste is injected on upper surface and incinerates the combustible waste. The stirring device housing is fixed on an upper side of the grate. A plurality of groove blocks (211) is formed inside the stirring device housing. The fluid supply pipe supplies coolant to the inside of the stirring device housing. The fluid discharging pipe discharges the coolant filled inside the stirring device housing to the outside. The upper end of the stirring rod is rotatably installed in the groove blocks. The lower end of the stirring rod is positioned in an upper part of the grate.
