PURPOSE: A foreign material inflow preventing device of an axles measuring device is provided to prevent the inflow of water or foreign materials into a receiving space by installing an elastic filler material inside the receiving space. CONSTITUTION: A foreign material inflow preventing device of an axles measuring device comprises a frame (10), an axial load detection plate (20), and an elastic filler material. The frame is installed on a vehicle road. The frame includes a predetermined inner receiving space and the opened top surface. The axial load detection plate is installed on the opened top surface of the frame, thereby measuring a load of the vehicle. The elastic filler material is installed in the receiving space of the frame, and the top surface of the elastic filler material is in contact with the axial load detection plate and has uniform elastic power. The elastic filler material is formed of one selected from styrofoam, metroform, or a flexible rubber pad. Antifreeze is included inside of the elastic charging filler material.
